4. Booking, Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy
All bookings made through our Website or directly with our team are considered final upon payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No-Show & Cancellation Policy:
- No refunds will be issued for failure to attend a scheduled event, session, or service for any reason, including personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or travel issues.
- If you are unable to attend an event or session, you are solely responsible for transferring or selling your ticket or spot to another party. You must notify Glamour & Grind of the name and contact information of the new participant at least 24 hours in advance.
- Glamour & Grind is not obligated to facilitate the resale or reassignment of your ticket or session.
Refunds & Rescheduling:
Refunds or rescheduling will only be considered on a case-by-case basis if outlined in your specific contract or service agreement. In all other instances, all sales are final.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glamour & Grind shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to missed opportunities, loss of data, or technical interruptions.
