Wedding Styled Shoots are the perfect Marketing Resource For Your Business!
Often times we work with photographers and vendors who have never been a part of a styled shoot; or more specifically, our styled shoots! Here’s the quick version of what to expect with our wedding styled shoots which we have branded as our flourish shoots.
Why Participate in Shoots
Marketing Materials are so important in any business. These events allow you to create your dream marketing portfolio without the hassle and time commitment that comes with planning your own shoots! These events are the best networking events you can attend as a creative.
Before The Shoot
When you are interested in one of our wedding styled shoot you can let us know through email, messaging us on Facebook, or let us know in the events tab in the group. We will then send you an invoice to your email. You are not considered “attending” until you have paid your invoice.
After you have paid for a spot in our wedding styled shoots we will do a welcome post in the event page in our group. This will represent your ticket. This process allows you to see if your friendors will be involved!
If you have any questions or concerns be sure to message us directly. Be sure to tag us in any questions posted in the event so we are sure not to miss it.
If you are unable to attend it is your responsibility to sell your ticket. You can do this within our group or in other groups where allowed.
We will privately message to talk inspiration to make sure everything will fit the theme. Although we do things different and charge a $25 vendor fee theres a good reason for it! For our events we allow the participants to have full creative freedom. We do expect everything to match the theme and be run by us ahead of time! We are always excited to see what our vendors create!
The Day of- How we do things
Be sure to show up to the shoot on time. You will be paired up in groups of a maximum of five photographers and your group will not wait for you to start.
As you arrive the flatlay will be the first setting you will work on as this is a more customizable setup.
We provide water for everyone at shoots during the summer. You’re welcome to bring snacks and drinks.
If you’re unsure about what shots to get we have a shot list as a resource for photographers attending our shoots.
After The Shoot
Photographers, please be sure to edit your photos within one month of the shoot. After you finish editing post the link to your gallery in the event section of our online community and I will tag the members involved to ensure they see it.
When posting on social media be sure to use the list of vendors we provide after each shoot! These shoots are a group effort.
We provide ring boxes, ribbon and other flatlay items but you’re always welcome to bring your own. We do provide a packing list!
If you’re on the edge about booking we absolutely recommend photographers to come observe shoots, without their cameras, 100% free of charge! upon arrival if you fall in love with our work you are welcome to pay for an available ticket and join in!
Please check the vendor list when it is finished and check for typos on your handle as we are only human.
If something comes up and you are unable to attend you are responsible for selling your ticket.
